Tekken 4 release by March 2002 in Japan
Namco plans to release Tekken 4 for the PS2 by March 2002 in Japan.
According to a report in the Japanese publication Mainichi, Namco, during its latest interim financial report, revealed its intentions to release Tekken 4 for the Sony PlayStation 2 by March 2002 in Japan. In addition, the company plans to release two more titles: Monolith Soft's role-playing game Xenosaga Episode I by early February and a yet-to-be-announced baseball game early next year. Namco expects sales totaling 1.3 million copies from the three software titles--600,000 copies for Xenosaga, 450,000 for Tekken 4, and 250,000 for the baseball game.
