TDK Announces Pirates of the Caribbean for the GBA

TDK Mediactive announces an action adventure game inspired by the upcoming Disney movie Pirates of the Caribbean for the Game Boy Advance.

A year after TDK Mediactive announced that it had secured the rights to develop games based on Disney's upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean movie, the company has today revealed that it will release Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl for the GBA this summer. In the game, which is in development at Pocket Studios, you'll assume the role of a pirate in search of both treasure and the truth behind the mystery of the treacherous skeleton crew. Combat will be featured prominently in the game, and you'll have access to a number of different weapons, including cannons, artillery, and swords.
