Taz-Mania Review
One of the funkiest cartoons currently being pumped out of the Warner treadmill is also a surprisingly good Game Boy game.
One of the funkiest cartoons currently being pumped out of the Warner treadmill is also a surprisingly good Game Boy game. The first thing that will capture your attention is the graphics - Taz himself is huge and well animated, and everything he comes across on his platform adventure looks just like it's come straight from the TV. Some neat special effects are also used to bring the visual quality up another notch. Be warned, though - this game is unrelentingly difficult. Even though you can opt to have unlimited continues, each level must be taken incredibly slowly, and it helps to memorize the layout before proceeding. It's a pain that you must start the entire level over after you get killed, and some stages are just plain annoying to get through. Beside that minor error, though, this is a quality Game Boy game.
