Street Fighter II HD turbos onto 360, PS3 in November

I've been hearing rumors that the game is going to cost $15 (idk how many points that translates to for Xbox 360 gamers). IDK if thats true or not, but...idk

Although highly unlikely, I hope that if you already bought SF II on Arcade that you could get HD Remix for free.

looks like its time for me to finally invest in some sticks. (the 360 pad is terrible for fighters)

I cannot wait any longer! However by the time we get this and online gets grueling competitively awesome........SF4 will be out. Oh well still getting it.

tuzecote who cares what you think ? get with the times soul caliber, tekken etc have gone hd and if it didn't they will probebly get less sales

@Denji It's been comfirmed on the official SF4 site (Japanese) that it's being released in February 09. No specific date, just February.

I was waiting for this for so long , I gave up due to lack of new info. Spent my points i was saving on san andreas and I'm loving it all over again! Looking forward to this though, can't see why your all moaning about the 360 pad. It works a treat with hyper fighting !

And here I thought SF4 was going to come out before this. Since there is no solid date, I'm not going to give my hopes up. It's the first week of Nov and it's supposed to get a Nov release? I imagine it'll get delayed till Dec or Q1 2009 (since it seems to be the case with a lot of things lately)

Worth getting as long as they fix the freakin slow downs on Xbox live. The hyper fighting Street fighter 2 was awful on live.

@ peeweeshift - The game is likely to cost $19.99 or $29.99 on PSN as for X360 I have not learned Micro$oft points in school so I don't know what that comes to.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 was not announced by the developers. Cut the crap. When the developers say it will be then it will, until then stop the daydreaming. This game took forever if there was MVC2 you will wait three times longer.

this Took a Frickin eternity to arrive....yet ANOTHER port of this game....ooh! online play! big Deal. enough already-the Milk carton is 3/4 empty and yet they try to make more by adding water to the product...or like a deceased music artist "creating more albums of unreleased material" -- Ill wait and buy SF4 and the next KOF installments... Knowing how this works, Capcom has their name working for them and people will purchase this regardless.....like myself...ill eventually give in and do the same.

well they took too long with this one.. with street fighter iv not to far off and marvel vs. capcom 2 announced for psn and xbla.. i dont know if i'll be spending the money on this.. well i'll have to see a demo or something to make my decision..

I actually won't be sad about it because I have points ready for it but other users should know that its gonna cost more than a normal xbl game

there gonna announce that it is 1200 or 1400 within a week and people are gonna rush out to get some more points to buy it. They obvioulsy won't charge 800 after they put so much time and money into it. It's not like bionic commando where they had it easy and could redo all the assets and refine and change up the gameplay.

@xxThyLordxx I play Street Fighter Anniversary with the 360 controller all the time and no problems here. Don't feel sorry for us.

I am guessing around $15.00, 1200 MS points. I know I had far more then that into it while it was in the arcades. Side note: Marvel vs Capcom 2 remake would be nice. Since the cheapest I can find it around my area is $60.

it better come out by december if it doesn't want to end up being buried by its own sequel, Street Fighter IV. the fact that the releases are getting so close is just ridiculous. honestly, IV is already ahead since you can actually PLAY the game in Japanese arcades, where no one can play Turbo HD yet.

this took so long to come out that i dont care anymore. it's ms points and harddrive i can save for fallout 3 and gears 2 dlc.

i was playing the sf2 beta on xbox and i kicked butt still dont like the pad but knowing capcom the will launch special edish pads like always.

yep the contoller sucks for old school sf2, what happend to the 8 way directional contoller that was supposed to come with the green pad, i had a look at it and its just the same as all the others, pish.

This is great, but the controller will be an issue for 360 owners. I can only believe that this will be resolved prior to the holiday season.

Eh, I'll just stick to my PS2 street fighter games so I don't have to stray from my sexy as heck PS2 Sega Saturn controller >:D Still the best for use in SF games, i think :p

Got me a Hori FS3 in anticipation of this and SFIV :) (Would have imported the Real Arcade Pro, but the thing's so heavy it costs as much to post as to buy :P )

Am sorry..not a 360 hater...but dat controller needs fixing..seriously.. mere playing a football game already kills my left thumb..if u plan to play dis street fighter on it, boy u best get ready 4 a work out..better yet a new thumb.
