Steed Helps Out Alice

Rogue Entertainment, headquartered near id Software's Mesquite, Texas, offices, is now the temporary home of Paul Steed. According to a report by GameSpy, the outspoken 3D artist has joined the team working on American McGee's Alice, after having been fired from id following last month's heated internal debate over whether or not to do a follow-up to Doom. Rogue CEO Barrett Alexander is quoted as saying that Steed is currently on a temporary contract but that the company would hire him if he wished.
