Starfleet Academy Scores Big Numbers

Though it has officially been on sale for less than a week, Interplay is already looking at Star Trek: Starfleet Academy to be "the biggest-selling title we've ever released," says Kim Motika, Interplay's vice president of sales for North America.

Interplay said that it estimated that Starfleet Academy sold 40,000 units in its first four days on the shelves.

Star Fleet Academy boasts full motion video appearances by William Shatner, Walter Koeing, and George "I'm a captain now" Takei, in the roles they made famous in the Star Trek television and movie series.
