The sequel starring Cal Kestis is just days away from officially launching.

Anakin Skywalker doesn't like sand, and EA doesn't like spoilers spreading online for games that haven't even officially launched. In this case, early copies of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor have apparently found their way into people's hands and led to them sharing storyline details on social media.

All of this prompted the publisher to respond, per VGC. The EA Star Wars account on Twitter asked "that you please be mindful of others and avoid posting or sharing spoilers." Respawn developers who worked on Star Wars Jedi: Survivor also chimed in, such as senior writer Pete Stewart.

"Please, friends, don't spoil the game," Stewart wrote on Twitter. "We all worked very hard to create something that hopefully surprises and delights you all. I know a lot of people will be upset to see spoilers before they get to play, and for us it's REALLY disheartening to see as well."

The sequel starring Cal Kestis comes out this Friday, April 28, so the wait isn't too much longer. GameSpot's Star Wars Jedi: Survivor final preview notes that the game takes place five years after Fallen Order. The Empire has now targeted Cal to finish what was started with Order 66.

As a heads-up, the physical version of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will still seemingly require a download. That's because there are reports the sequel has an install size of roughly 155GB.
