Star Wars Battlefront "Real Life" Mod Looks Amazing

A quick question from someone who doesn't really know about these things, if modders are able to get the game running like this, why can't EA?

Graphics is the only reason to play this game. When it's on sale for 5$ I will pick it up just to shoot some desktop backgrounds.

That said, how many nuclear reactors do you need to run this mod?

Now imagine a SP Campaing with those graphics( vanilla or moded) where you board StarShips, visit planets, maybe fight/run from Vader a little, a rich story with interesting characters(canon or not) ... and so on. WHY EA?!?! WHY?!

I like to watch ultra hd videos on a regular hd video player on my 1024x768 monitor.

As for that mod, sounds great. I'd have to see a side-by-side comparison, though, I think its wasted on a small video player and/or non-4k screen.

That's the voice they went with for Vader? SERIOUSLY? That sounds NOTHING like him. Surely EA has enough money (and pull with Disney) to hire a better Vader actor than that.

I'm a very happy console gamer, but a powerful PC can sure do some amazing things.

Where is the Battlefield 4 and Hardline graphics mod as this is the same game engine.
