Stan Lee to Narrate Activision's Spider-Man

Activision announces the voice-over talent for Spider-Man, and Stan Lee heads the list.

Comments

Activision released the names of the voice cast for the company's upcoming, Neversoft-developed Spider-Man adventure game for the Sony PlayStation. Most notably, Spider-Man's cocreator, Stan Lee, will serve as narrator - whose distinctive voice will hopefully enrich the intermissions and cutscenes.

Also included in the cast is Rino Romano, who contributed his voice to the Spider-Man animated series, as well as such voice-acting veterans as Jennifer Hale (Black Cat), Darran Norris (Venom and Scorpion), and Dee Bradley Baker (J. Jonah Jameson and Rhino). Efrem Zimbalist Jr., of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm fame, is also cast to play an as-of-yet unnamed villain.

VO specifics, such as how much narration and character speech we can expect, have yet to be announced - but stay tuned to GameSpot for more information as it becomes available. In the meantime, take a look at Mr. Lee himself.
