The best part is Sony gets to include the part at the end where the Playstation destroys the Nintendo 64 and Gamecube.

Of course, I expect Sony to be completely unbiased about producing this. Especially since this tale ends with Nintendo ditching the SNES CD and Nintendo PlayStation which becomes the Sony PlayStation-X.

Maybe in the future, the Bush family will produce a movie about the Gore-Bush 2000 elections.

When I saw the headline I was thinking that they were going to make a movie about E3 2013. But that would have been going to far and Sony would then look like jackasses.

The "console wars" were at their peak during the Super NES/Sega Genesis, and Nintendo/Playstation 1 eras.

I remember how aggressive the advertisements were with each console company taking potshots at their rivals.

What I love about the rivalry back then was the third party aspect. Certain companies would have two separate teams work on two completely different versions of the same game: both had the same plot, but different gameplay styles/stages.

It's funny how people bitch about the Wii U's hardware when companies can have another team to rebuild the same game to truly take advantage of the hardware in every way.

Nintendo needs to make that secret console people thought was or is happening. They have money, come on.
