In the final week of February, Sony hosted another State of Play livestream. The latest showcase focused on 10 upcoming PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 games, which included Returnal, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, and the surprise announcement of the PS5 edition of Final Fantasy VII: Remake - Intergrade. Now that the dust has settled, we have a complete breakdown of all the new games and reveals shown during the State of Play stream.

Prior to the livestream, Sony released a set of updates on the state of PS5 and the future of PlayStation VR. Sony confirmed that the PS VR will get a second iteration, this time with a new controller and single-cord connection design. The company also recently announced that PlayStation-exclusive Days Gone will make its way to PC this spring. PlayStation said more titles could find their way to PC in the near future, too. Unfortunately, not all the PlayStation news in the lead-up to the event was positive. The company is reportedly going to largely end original game development at its Japan Studio.
