Sims Online play test sign-ups open

EA has released information about a play test for The Sims Online in the official newsletter for the game. The play test is open specifically to those signed up for the newsletter, and invitations to join it have been sent to subscribers. According to the newsletter, testers will be able to carry over lots, houses, characters, and objects from the test into the final game once it goes live--an incentive similar to one EA 2875835announced for Earth & Beyond testers.
