There was one cool Ghost Busters game in the arcade that I vaguely remember... It had cool gun special effects. -Polish those crazy gun streaming effects Sierra.

By the way, anyone who has the nerve to make comments before a game even has a trailer let alone a picture, common, you guys who say this game is going to suck because Sierra is possibly making it, You all have obviously not played enough games to realize the games Sierra has had a hand in helping make or have made themselves, and did you know they are not just one company they work with other companies called a corporation, which combines efforts into making todays hottest games, which you all see as eye candy, and why you seem so eager to make comments of bad remarks based on past experiences of older games which in their time were deemed possible only by the age of technology at the time of their making, which Sierra has definitely made some really awesome games using what they had at hand, and yes with help too from very talented designers but common you have no place in saying a game is going to suck or has the possibility to be really bad, specially when you base your expressed feelings entirely on past experience and no updated material to reference from. I rest my case. Sierra has made its stand in making great games of the past and tomorrow and the future of today. And I'm sure there are plenty of up to date gamers who would agree. Go Sierra i still believe in you and I'm a huge gamer. PC, PS2, PS3, Xbox, and WII .

Finally another Ghostbuster game. I hope this one is good! The last ones all sucked back in the 80's.

at first I thought this game was going to be a cheap rights gimmick, then I saw more pictures and it looked really cool, then I heard Terminal Reality was doing it and I'm somewhere in between my first and second impressions, so I guess time will tell, but I hope it's awesome

Does that mean there will be a 3rd movie? One can only hope. But seeing how this game will be by Sierra, It's might suck, but at least it's not by Vini Universal then we know without a doubt it would suck

Too bad this game is going to suck though since it's being done by Sierra. Sierra is a former shell of it's self (well seeing as Sierra techincally no longer exists) Look at Leisure Suit Larry. They botched his comeback. I see bad things for this game, even though I have wanted a new Ghostbusters game for years.

Good to know they are back. Does anyone think that Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray are among the best comedians in USA.

Whoa this is news to me. Kinda brings back old bottled up childhood memories. I have to admit I have my doubts on this one. I think it's great that the original actors will have a role in this game. But, still I'm very werry...

As long as they have the original actors playing the roles, it should at least be worth checking out for fans of the movie. No Signorney Weaver or Rick Morranis though, it seems.

This game is going to be GREAT, but I would still like to see them revive the Ghostbusters franchise as a movie too. But with all of them so old now, I guess they aren't up for the challenges.

I hope the new recruit will be somewhat customizable. I hope there's some solo missions so you don't have to tag along as a newb the whole time. I hope it has a better story than Ghostbusters 2. Most of all - I hope they don't rush it.

i hope sierra plays a large role in terminals developement processes cuz they have a rep to uphold. It makes me thing they could do a better job than ever done in the past though.

Terminal Reality is developing...so I'll wait to get excited. I do love the Ghostbusters movies though, so hopefully this will be a quality game.

This is should be pretty cool, provided it's not just going for action/shooter thrills, but requires actual ghost-busting.

It won't be rated or priced until they figure out whether they're shooting for an older crowd that remembers the 80s films (and could thus handle the full wit of the first movie---Venkman's "It's true sir, this man has no..." quote about the EPA inspector Peck comes to mind) or a younger crowd that's going for the game at face value (in which case expect a dumbed-down pile o' shoot-the-ghost crap with a T rating.)

I'd love to see what happens when you cross the streams in this game, I mean it'd be amazing to see all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light rendered in real time.

Awesome! I loved those movies when I was a kid. I just hope they don't mess it up. However, with Aykroyd and Ramis writing it, it certainly has a chance of being really good. Now, my only real dilemma is which version to get. XD

...gotta see the Wii version to guage its "collateral damage" potential.
