No idea about the framerate though. I'm not interested in that as long as I don't remeber any issues, freezed or stuttering in the game.... ;)

No, you're not. I run AC3 at 60fps on an HD7950 using RadeonPro to cap the framerate at 60 and to force triple buffering. I just turn down object/environment detail (i think it was) one notch and I get that performance.

AC3 isn't that bad. It simply doesn't use more than one processor core, which is stupid. Other than that, it's not that bad. People really exaggerate about that game.

@Daian @LordCrash88 @Cloud_imperium @pongley @Poison-tooth Optimization is one thing but DS was unplayable with mouse+keyboard and without the resolution fix. That's very basic failure.

@LordCrash88 @Cloud_imperium @pongley @Poison-tooth Force Unleashed is the worst I've tried, that thing had the worst optimization ever, the framerate made it look like I was watching pictures on a PC that played Crysis 2 without a problem.

@pongley @Poison-tooth @Cloud_imperium @Daian Ya and it also didn't had shaders and blur . Cutscenes were also pre recorded but it was playable . AC 3 runs like crap . Dark Souls annoys you with mouse pointer moving over screen all the time and same pointer is used to select menus and when you do that background camera moves like silly ass .
