Release set for PC Final Fantasy XI in Europe

The PC version of the massively multiplayer online role-playing game due September 16 will contain both expansion packs.

Square Enix announced today that it will be releasing the European PC version of Final Fantasy XI on September 16. The version will contain the original massively multiplayer online role-playing game as well as its two expansion packs, Rise of the Zilart and the upcoming Chains of Promathia. The release is scheduled to coincide with the Japanese and North American release of Chains of Promathia for both the PlayStation 2 and the PC. The European version of Final Fantasy XI will cost about 50 euros ($60).
