Players can now install the game ahead of its May 2 release.

Comments

Arkane's co-op vampire first-person shooter Redfall is available to preload on Xbox and PC now, and its file size across all platforms has been revealed. Below are the file sizes across Xbox Series X|S and PC:

  • Xbox Series X: 86.5GB
  • Xbox Series S: 40.38
  • PC: 103.19GB

Keep in mind that file sizes can differ from region to region. The aforementioned file sizes do not take into account any day-one updates that may become available when the game launches. While these file sizes aren't as massive as Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's, Redfall will still take up a considerable amount of storage space, regardless of platform.

Remember, preordering Redfall grants players access to a few goodies, including a Level 2 Unrivaled Grim Tide Shotgun, the Polar Vortex Multi-Weapon Skin, and the Blood Ravager Stake weapon attachment.

Redfall comes from Arkane Studios, the team behind the Dishonored series, as well as 2017's Prey, and 2021 GameSpot Game of the Year Deathloop. Redfall focuses on four-player co-op action, but can also be played solo.

While Redfall will be available for purchase, it will also launch on Xbox Game Pass since it's a first-party Microsoft game. It will not come to PlayStation or Nintendo platforms.

Redfall launches for Xbox Series X|S and PC on May 2.
