Razer Edge Gets Its First Big Discount

The Razer Edge is getting a $100 price cut, bringing it to the lowest price we've seen since it launched in 2023.

The Razer Edge launched in late 2023, allowing users to play native Android games or stream PC or Xbox titles via the cloud. It's been well-received since it was released, though its $400 price tag is a bit hefty for some shoppers. However, the device is officially getting its first big discount, as you'll find it for just $300 at Amazon--making it a great time to check out the handheld system.

The device is powered by the Razer Nexus app, allowing you to dive into a variety of Android games or launch into cloud gaming services for PC or Xbox without much trouble. Other notable features include USB-C passthrough charging, a built-in 3.55mm audio jack, and programmable macros on the Kishi V2 Pro.

Razer isn't the only company producing handhelds designed for game streaming. In fact, the PlayStation Portal (which launched in November 2023) has become so popular that it's sold out at most retailers. For now, you can try your luck with finding a preowned unit at your local GameStop. The other option is the Logitech G Cloud, which is built to handle many of the same tasks as the Razer Edge and is currently on sale for the same $300.

If you're not sold on the Razer Edge or streaming devices, there are plenty of dedicated handheld PCs to choose from. This includes the ROG Ally for $400 (down from $600), Lenovo Legion Go for $650 (down from $700), and the MSI Claw for $700. We're not sure how long any of these deals will stick around, so be sure to check them out while you can.
