J.K. Rowling's magical money-making machine is running overtime these days with Friday's release of the highly anticipated film based on Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and last week's launch of the console and DS versions of the game based on the film based on the book. Add to that EA's announcement today that the PSP edition of the game has shipped and that the machine likely needs some form of advanced liquid cooling to keep from burning out.

Based on the fourth film and book in the Harry Potter series, the PSP Goblet of Fire chronicles the young wizard's path through the Triwizard Tournament and the ongoing machinations of Lord Voldemort. The PSP edition of the game features a number of exclusive, unlockable minigames and a dozen "creature cards" that let players power up their magical abilities. The game also includes cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes where players can play as any of the series' main characters: Harry, Ron, or Hermione.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on the PSP is rated E10+ for Everyone 10 and Older and retails for $39.99.
