Eidos Interactive has launched a new official Web site for its futuristic squad-based action game, Project Eden. The new site includes information about the weapons, teams, tools, and enemies that will be featured in the game, as well as wallpapers, movies, a screenshot gallery, and an overview of the game's story. The company also announced that the game is on track for its scheduled release this summer.

Project Eden is set in a futuristic metropolis infested with a variety of mutant creatures. Players will assume control of a small squad of Urban Protection Agency soldiers on assignment, and they will be able to switch control between the characters at any point in the mission. The game is in development at Core Design, the studio that created the original Tomb Raider.
