Save More Than $10 On Pikmin 4 Ahead Of Tomorrow's Launch

We can help you save more than 10 bucks on the upcoming Nintendo Switch exclusive.

The long-awaited Pikmin 4 is almost here. The Nintendo Switch-exclusive sequel launches tomorrow, July 21. Preorders cost $60 at major retailers, including at Walmart and Best Buy, where you get a free water bottle or tote bag, respectively. But if you don't mind waiting a couple days after launch to start playing, you can preorder Pikmin 4 for just $49 at Super Shop. Pikmin 4 preorders are already discounted to $55 on Super Shop, but using GameSpot's exclusive promo code GMSPTPIK at checkout drops the price down to $49.

You'll see a "Coupon/Gift Certificate" prompt below the price in the order summary box; simply click on that and enter the code to drop the price down to $49.

Saving $11 on your Pikmin 4 preorder at Super Shop is a great deal, but there is one caveat: unlike preorders from some other retailers, you won't receive your order on release day (July 21). Luckily, Super Shop offers fast and free shipping, and all orders will be shipped on launch day--so you won't have to wait very long to start playing. Besides, if you order now from a major retailer, you're unlikely to get release-day delivery at this point.

It earned a 7/10 in GameSpot's Pikmin 4 review. Critic Steve Watts praised the relaxing environmental puzzles, the lovable Oatchi, and the cool nighttime missions with new glow-in-the-dark Pikmin.
