PlayStation Plus Members Receive Launch-Day Discounts On Certain Upcoming Games
Save 20 percent on preorders of these six games.
Similar to indie game-centric promotions Sony has had before, the company today announced Play Collective.
This is a new promotion centered around six upcoming games headed to the PlayStation Store over the next month and a half. Aside from simply highlighting the games in question, PlayStation Plus members will receive a 20 percent discount on each of them by preordering from the PlayStation Store.
It all begins next week, on March 21, when Everything is released. It will be followed by another game each Tuesday through the end of April. The discounts for all six games are live now, but they expire on the morning of each game's release.
Here's the full schedule and discounted Plus pricing for the US:
- Everything ($12) -- March 21
- Rain World ($16) -- March 28
- PaRappa the Rapper Remastered ($12) -- April 4
- Cosmic Star Heroine ($12) -- April 11
- Full Throttle Remastered ($12) -- April 18
- What Remains of Edith Finch ($16) -- April 25
You can get a brief glimpse of all of these in the trailer above.
