Parappa, Wipeout, Crash Bandicoot Getting PS4 Upgrades

Some of the greatest PS1, PS2, and PSP games are getting a big visual upgrade.

Today at PlayStation Experience, Sony revealed a few classic PlayStation series that will come to PS4 in 2017. Wipeout and Crash Bandicoot are getting HD upgrades that bundle together classic games from each series. And Parappa is getting a visual update for its PS4 re-release.

The Wipeout Omega Collection will include Wipeout HD, Wipeout Fury, and Wipeout 2028. It's set to launch next Summer.

The Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy will feature the biggest Crash Bandicoot games (so, probably not Nitro Kart) with updated visuals. The game is slated for an unspecified time next year. For more info, check out the developer's blog post about the game.

Parappa the Rapper has a demo available on PSN today.

In addition, Loco Roco and Patapon are also getting visual upgrades and will be available on PS4 sometime next year.
