Palworld Dupe Glitch - How To Duplicate Items

Amass even more materials and resources by using the item dupe glitch in Palworld.

Comments

Palworld isn't just a game where you capture creatures roaming in different areas. It also requires you to survive by crafting better gear pieces. Naturally, there are times when you might find that your resources are starting to dwindle. Thankfully, there's a glitch that can solve this problem. Here's our guide on how to duplicate items in Palworld.

Palworld item dupe glitch

You can duplicate items in Palworld by attempting to build structures while moving outside your base's territory/radius. Here's a quick summary to help prepare you for this task:

  • The Palworld item dupe glitch can be done for materials that are needed to build structures.
  • If there's a particular item that you want to duplicate (i.e. Ingots), find a blueprint of a structure that uses said material. For instance, the Weapon Workbench used to craft ammo requires Ingots, Wood, and Nails.
  • You also need to make sure that none of these materials are in your character's inventory. They must be in a container in your base.
Choose the blueprint that uses certain materials that you want to dupe.

The Palworld item dupe glitch in action

When you're ready, move closer to the edge of your Palbox base's border/radius, which is denoted by a bluish outline on the ground. Once you're at the right spot, we recommend building a chest or container. This is mostly so you have a nearby storage of items.

Select the structural blueprint with an item that you want to duplicate and make sure its outline appears on your screen. Then, move in and out of your base's radius.

Go back and forth your base's border. Plop down the buildable object the moment you step outside the radius.

While your inside the base's radius, you should be able to build said structure. But as you move outside, it should say that you have insufficient materials. However, if you time it right (just a split second or so), you should be able to build that object just as you step outside your base's border.

Now, just cancel the crafting process. You'll receive the materials used for that workbench as though they came out of thin air (the resources in your containers weren't used up at all).

This is how you do the Palworld item dupe glitch. Make the most out of it before it gets patched so you can have a lot of resources for the long journey ahead of you.

Wide-open expanses, unique biomes, and even stranger creatures await you in Palworld. You can learn more about the game in our guides hub.
