It's a great time to be a fan of Doctor Who, the long-running sci-fi series about an enigmatic alien who travels through time and space, and ahead of the show's upcoming 60th-anniversary celebrations, the modern era of the show is getting a very cool limited-edition Blu-ray box set on November 14. Only 6,000 box sets are being manufactured, so Doctor Who fans should secure their preorders quickly at Walmart (Amazon has already sold out). The set comes with an exclusive figure set featuring all five Doctors represented in the collection.

The big draw here is that Doctor Who's first four seasons--the ones that starred Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant as the Ninth and Tenth incarnations of the Time Lord--will be available as remastered and newly upscaled episodes.

Alongside those 60 episodes and specials, the collection also contains the various series for the Doctor's other incarnations, played by Matt Smith, John Hurt, Peter Capaldi, Jo Martin and Jodie Whitaker, even more special features, a certificate of authenticity, and figures of the five Doctors. That's 13 seasons of Doctor Who across 60 discs, or around 7,800 minutes of content for $175.

If you've missed out on Doctor Who, this box set is an excellent way to dive into the series. The show began life in 1963, and stars a rotating cast of actors as the Doctor, a humanoid alien who travels the cosmos in a dimension-defying spaceship known as the TARDIS. That just so happens to be stuck in the form of a 1960s police box. Don't worry, it's bigger on the inside.

This box set arrives ahead of Doctor Who's milestone anniversary celebrations, as David Tennant returns to the show to play the 14th Doctor in a series of special episodes. Russell T Davies has returned to the role of showrunner, and these new episodes will pit Tennant against the Celestial Toymaker, an iconic adversary last seen in 1966 and played by Neil Patrick Harris in the special episodes. Tennant will be succeeded by Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor once these episodes wrap up.

Whenever an actor playing the Doctor departs from the show, the character will "regenerate" into a new body, allowing for the role to be easily recast. Each new Doctor is a unique being, but they all share a core wanderlust, passion for helping people, and a sense of wonder as they visit the ancient past, strange new worlds, and interact with all manner of alien species.
