Nyko's Xbox One 3.5" Hard Drive Enclosure Arrives

Gaming accessories company Nyko has launched its "Data Bank" add-on for the Xbox One.

Like the PlayStation 4 version, it's a hard drive enclosure that connects to the top of the console and allows you to expand the system's storage space using any 3.5" hard drive.

In a statement, Nyko said other existing enclosures are "less visually appealing" and are detached from the console. The Data Bank is indeed pretty slick-looking, as you can see in the video above and through the images in the gallery below.

The Xbox One Data Bank also has a front-facing LED that lets you know when the hard drive is saving or accessing content. It has its own power cable, too.

The Nyko Data Bank for Xbox One is available now for $40 at retailers like GameStop, Amazon, and the Nyko online store. The PS4 version, which was released in June, also sells for $40.
