Sierra has announced that the PlayStation 2 version of Monolith's first-person shooter has gone gold. In the game, players take on the role of Cate Archer, a rookie secret operative in a British spy agency called U.N.I.T.Y. Cate is sent in to investigate a series of senior agent assassinations that have been carried out by the H.A.R.M. organization. The PlayStation 2 version contains two flashback levels that feature a younger Cate, who is also a thief. The main objective in one of these levels is to steal briefcases and purses while avoiding patrolmen.

No One Lives Forever is scheduled to arrive in stores on April 16.
