There's no superhero video game trilogy better than Rocksteady's trio of Batman games, and for Nintendo Switch owners, taking the Arkham series on the go is now a reality. All three of those games were recently collected into one convenient package and released as Batman: Arkham Trilogy, and if you missed out on it in December or simply didn't want to spend full price for three old games, you can now score these games for a discount. Over at Best Buy, you can get Batman: Arkham Trilogy for $40, down from its usual price of $60.

This is as complete a collection as you could ask for, as each of the three games--Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Knight--come with all of their respective DLC and expansions. That includes extra costumes for the Caped Crusader, more challenge levels, meaty DLC episodes, and much more. Each game still holds up pretty well, with Arkham Knight being the best of the bunch, and the rhythm-based gameplay from this series went on to redefine action games for more than a decade.

It is worth noting that on a technical level, these games could have used more polish. Arkham Knight is a graphically demanding game and does suffer from performance drops, while the older Arkham Asylum and Arkham City games also have occasional frame-rate dips.

If you're determined to play the trilogy on a handheld but want better performance, all three games run great on the Asus ROG Ally. Alternatively, the trilogy is playable on Steam Deck, though you'll need to tinker a bit to get Arkham Asylum running, as it's technically unsupported on Valve's handheld. You can then pick up the collection for roughly the price of a fancy cup of coffee.

It's also worth noting the Arkham Collection is on sale for only $9 on the PlayStation and Xbox Stores. Each game runs pretty well on current or last-gen consoles, and you'll get all the DLC with your purchase.

Or if you'd prefer the controversial approach, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League just received its first significant discount. It technically has Batman in it! Just not for very long.
