We've still yet to get the full details on all of the Titans available in Titanfall 2, but a new trailer today teases what they're all about.

Respawn announced today that it plans to showcase the three remaining Titans over "the next several days." Ion and Scorch were playable during the recent technical test, while the sword-wielding Ronin was one of the early highlights when Titanfall 2 was first announced.

Now Playing: Titanfall 2 - Meet the Titans Trailer

Northstar, Legion, and Tone have remained question marks until now, but you can get a quick peek at them in the trailer above ahead of their impending unveilings. The Titanfall 2 blog also shared some fairly vague descriptions of each Titan to give you a better sense of what they bring to the table.

Here's how Respawn describes each of them:

  • Tone: Tone is about accurately laying waste to enemies both efficiently--and explosively.
  • Northstar: Northstar is a master of both flight and precision kills.
  • Legion: Legion utilizes an assortment of ballistic abilities focusing on defense and control.
  • Ronin: Ronin loves getting up close with its samurai vibe and quick-to-get-in-and-out tactics.
  • Ion: Ion uses its energy management abilities to divert power between its three weapons systems.
  • Scorch: Scorch manipulates fire as its primary source of defensive and offensive abilities.

Respawn also today announced that Angel City--a map in the original Titanfall--will be Titanfall 2's first DLC release. Those who preorder the game will receive three days of early access to the map. After that, it will be free for all players, as Respawn and EA have said all Titanfall 2 DLC will be released for free.

Titanfall 2 is slated for release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on October 28.
