New Star Wars Galaxies 3D screenshot

Sony Online Entertainment has released the latest in a series of 3D screenshots showing off the different character models that will be featured in its upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game Star Wars Galaxies. The latest 3D screenshot, which requires a QuickTime plug-in to view, shows off a female human in the desert, with an enormous AT-AT looming in the background. The screenshot can be found along with previous 3D screenshots on the official Star Wars Galaxies Web site. The 3D screenshots provide a 360-degree view around the characters.

Star Wars Galaxies was recently awarded GameSpot's EverQuest, and it is scheduled for release in 2002. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
