New PlayStation Contra
A few screens and some valuable info on the next game in the Contra series have come to us from Konami.
It's sketchy at best, but here's the first glimpse of Konami's newest game in the Contra series.
Currently titled "C," the game will be available for the PlayStation and Win95 in March 1998. It looks so far to be a 3D action game, but one of the pictures in this group has a distinct 2D look to it. While the game is only 30 percent complete, it does look promising.
Let's just hope that Konami can capture the flavor of the original NES and Super NES games and translate it to 3D.
