Focus Entertainment has revealed new footage for its upcoming game Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden at Summer Game Fest.

The trailer opens up with a woman calling the protagonist a "Banisher" and explains that they "end suffering for those who live. We bring closure to those who don't." It's then followed by a series of shots of the protagonist fighting ghosts and using magic-like abilities, all while making choices if certain people live or die. As the trailer goes on, the same voice explains how they want to live and get revenge for what killed them. The game is scheduled to come out at the end of 2023.
