Paramount's Dungeons and Dragons movie, Honor Among Thieves, comes out at the end of the month and the studio just released an international trailer that features more wonder and sorcery. We've seen Justice Smith's Simon, who is classified as a Sorcerer in the movie and not a Wizard, use his spells in previous trailers, but here he tiptoes into necromancy to help his team's quest.

Simon casts Speak with Dead, which is a 3rd Level spell so we know at least Simon isn't completely incompetent but not super powerful. The spell grants "the semblance of life and intelligence to a corpse of your choice within range, allowing it to answer the questions you pose." Check out the hilarious results with the spell below.

After the spell is cast, you can ask the corpse up to five questions, but Simon should have known the answers are usually brief, cryptic, or even repetitive. The corpse is under no compulsion to offer a truthful answer as well.

There are more creatures from the game's iconic bestiary including what looks to be an ancient red dragon at the start of the trailer and Displacer Beasts. We've seen the gelatinous cube before, but it's nice to see more deep dives.

Along with Smith's Simon, Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves stars Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Regé-Jean Page, Sophia Lillis, Chloe Coleman, Daisy Head, and Hugh Grant.

The film hits theaters on March 31.
