New Critical Depth Designer Diary
Cutlass here...with plenty to tell from a very Critical Depth.
Once a second-party developer for Sony and now owned by GT Interactive, SingleTrac has made such hits for the PlayStation as Jet Moto, WarHawk, Twisted Metal, and Twisted Metal 2: World Tour. Now the company has turned its attention to Critical Depth, an underwater action title with a decidedly twisted Twisted Metal feel.
Users can learn all about the making of the game through VideoGameSpot's exclusive Critical Depth Designer Diary, updated every two weeks by Captain Cutlass, one of its main characters. In the latest entry, television's favorite pirate children's-show host reveals all about the process of character creation for the game, as well as undersea adventuring rivals Professor Armstong and Jack "LockJaw" Keon.
