Beyond The Impact of Iwata, you should also check out Ask Iwata, which is a "motivational collection" that discusses how the legendary developer helped Nintendo innovate and grow over the years. It's aimed at both business leaders and Nintendo fans, and contains insight from Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto and Earthbound creator Shigesato Itoi. It's definitely worth checking out, especially now that it's discounted to $15 (down from $23).

A few other notable gaming books are on sale right now, including Reggie Fils-Aimé's book, Disrupting the Game. Then there's John Romero's autobiography, Doom Guy: Life in First Person, which clocks in just shy of 400 pages, comes in a gorgeous hardcover volume, and is listed for $27 (down from $30).

Lastly, if you're interested in learning about the game development process, we'd highly recommend checking out Derek Yu's book Spelunky, which is part of the Boss Fight Books series.
