Take-Two Interactive's GodGames has released a new multiplayer demo of its latest real-time strategy game, Myth III: The Wolf Age, to coincide with the game's launch. The 64MB demo includes one multiplayer map and seven of the game's 14 multiplayer modes. It supports up to 16 players from both the light and the dark armies.

Myth III takes place before the two previous Myth games, and it follows the story of Connacht, the first emperor of the human lands. It includes a number of new features, such as fully deformable terrain, 3D units and environments, and new multiplayer modes.

Myth III was developed by California-based Mumbo Jumbo, and it will soon be available in stores for an approximate retail price of $39.95. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game. To download the new multiplayer demo, visit the game's official Web site.
