Upcoming adventure game Murdered: Soul Suspect will be scored by Jason Graves, Square Enix announced today.

Graves has been awarded two British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards in his career. This will not be the first time he has composed for a game, having scored Tomb Raider (2013) and Dead Space (2008).

Murdered: Soul Suspect is being developed by Dark Void and Quantum Conundrum studio Airtight Games. The game will be available on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC, but a Wii U version is not in development.

The game is set in Salem, Massachusetts, the location of the Salem witch trials in 1692, which saw public executions of those convicted of witchcraft. The story begins with protagonist Ronan O'Connor's death at the hands of an unknown assailant. He must then interrogate the ghosts of Salem to learn more about his killer.
