THQ has released new information on and screenshots from MotoGP for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. The game includes five modes of play: arcade, time trial, time attack, quick race, and championship. The game's championship mode is its most robust, and it lets players compete for the MotoGP title through a full season of racing. The game also features 20 real-world tracks set on five different continents, updated team rosters and sponsors, three motorcycle classes, and bikes from such manufacturers as Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha, among others. Interestingly, MotoGP on the GBA will feature varied weather effects, including fog and rain. Time of day also plays a part, as there are both day and night races.

MotoGP for the Game Boy Advance will be released in Q4 2001.
