More on Nox

The story involves an auto mechanic named Jack, who is accidentally transported to the world of Nox, where he has to deal with various monsters and the evil sorceress Hecubah.

Soon after Jack arrives on Nox he can choose one of three paths, which will determine his basic character class: Warrior, Wizard, or Conjurer. Each path leads to its own unique storyline and ending.

"We wanted to take that well-used fantasy medieval setting and look at it from another angle," said executive producer John Hight. "With Jack, we can bring a modern day character, an everyman we can all relate to, complete with jeans and sneakers, and drop him into a fantasy world. With him as our guide, all those fantasy-game clichés become fresh because we're seeing them all through his eyes."
