More Borderlands 2 DLC out next week

Let this game die already. Really without the over the top characters, this game is pretty boring at this point.

Instead of continuing to milk Borderlands 2 after the release of their Game Of The Year edition, they should just put all that development time and effort into Borderlands 3.

Too much milk, not enough cereal.

There's supposed to be 3 Headhunter packs, TK Baha's Bloody Harvest is the first. It wouldn't surprise me if we saw a Christmas based headhunter pack as well. So basically if you own all the DLC up to this point (including the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack Two) there's basically 3 more DLC's to buy. I highly doubt there will be anything after that.

I love how people in general have a short term memory. So below is an interview from September of this Year ::

Gearbox Software president Randy Pitchford has said not to expect future content for Borderlands 2 to be on par with Season One DLC. Granted, it’s value will “exceed” its cost, he says, but at the same time players shouldn’t have high expectations for the content.

Speaking in an interview with Digital Trends, Pitchford said the team at Gearbox is still building new “new things” for Borderlands 2, but it’s also busy developing new projects.

“We are still spending energy building new things for Borderlands 2, but we are also building new things for the future,” he said. “We’re building some new things for next-generation consoles, we’re creating some new IP, we’ve got a lot of attention diverting to other efforts beyond Borderlands 2.

“It’s not fair for me to say there’s another season. There’s not going to be as much new stuff, but the good news is, there’s more stuff and it’s awesome and the value of it will exceed the cost. But I don’t want anyone, later, saying: ‘Why wasn’t there a whole season like there was before?’

“There might turn out to be, but I can only see what we have in motion right now.”

The latest DLC for Borderlands 2 is the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2.

Holy Butt Stallion, I just recently decided to pick up all the DLC for BL2 what with the Loot Hunt contest and haven't played through it yet lol. Don't know if I'm really going to need this one or not, but I'll probably break down and get it lest some rakk's start swarming my house like giant bats.

I recall them mentioning more DLC a couple months ago, but when they announced a GOTY edition I wasn't expecting it anymore. The Zombie DLC from Borderlands 1 was my favorite so I'll probably get this one. I haven't purchased any of the DLC thus far.

I think it should have been just a free "time-limited-event" during the Halloween.........like valve does with Team Fortress 2 and Dota 2

as long as people can't get enough of b2, gearbox will continue making more dlc. why is this bad news for everyone else?

So, first Gearbox sold a season pass that didn't cover even HALF of the upcoming DLC content. A week ago they released the "GOTY" edition, which is supposed to be the final, end-all edition... and yet they keep cranking out more.

$2.99 for like 30 minutes of game play maybe. After about 300 hrs in game, and multiple "dlc", I feel I am being milked for every last penny. I will wait on the Steam Winter sale and pick this up for cheaper.

P.S: Are you making up for Aliens Colonial Marines loses by milking us Borderlands fans?
