The final season of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone is live, and data miners are currently searching through the Season 6 game files to uncover what's next for Call of Duty. These leakers already uncovered a potential shop bundle themed around Dune's upcoming movie sequel.

Known Call of Duty leaker Task Force Leakers 141 on Twitter has shared a look at a Dune bundle called the Dune: Part Two: Sardaukar Pack. Additionally, CharlieIntel reported that a Dune-themed loading screen can be seen in the game menus, but the loading screen is currently locked for use.

Even though the loading screen confirms a Dune bundle was very likely planned for Season 6, it's uncertain if this collaboration will be delayed or released at all. Dune: Part Two was originally slated for an October 2023 release, which would've fit the Season 6 timeline, however, the movie was recently delayed to a March 2024 release. It's possible this bundle might still exist and be delayed for Modern Warfare 3, but Activision has not officially announced any Dune bundles.

Modern Warfare 2 is scheduled to get several major collabs during Season 6. Operator bundles are officially confirmed for two Diablo characters, Skeletor from the Masters of the Universe, Ash Williams from the Evil Dead, and Alucard from Hellsing. The Season 6 battle pass is also themed around characters from the Spawn comics.

For more on Season 6, here are the patch notes for the big update, including major changes to DMZ, weapon balancing, and bug fixes. Call of Duty Mobile is heading into Season 9 on October 4, and the update brings Zombies mode, Halloween events, and more.
