Microsoft said no to PlayStation 4 exclusive Rime

This totally looks like a PS game.

Looks gorgeous. I can't wait to play it.

Sony has always done better at securing indie games.

This game gives me vibes of ICO and Journey. If Sony is smart, they'll buy out the studio and fund all their projects.

MS should put a muzzle on this guy. Every time this guy speaks, he puts foot in mouth or nail in coffin.

This is where microsoft should look at themselves at a business stand point and realize that indie games are going to become increasingly more popular and AAA titles will eventually lose their steam more companies need to realize this. Most small developers have more to offer in a creative sense than most of the big name devs so come on microsoft get with the times.

This is the 1st I've heard of Rime. Sad to see Xbox players won't get to play it. Enjoy PS!

If only we could tell how good a game will end up being by early previews, trailers and demos...the gaming scene would be littered with scores of 10's.

As for this game there is still very little information about this game, it looks like a 3rd person action platformer with nice graphics. I don't know seems like we have been there done that 1000 times before.

As far as this article goes...nobody knows, not gamespot, or anyone here what exactly was pitched to MS and if the concept was exactly the same or not to what this game Rime will end up being. So while it might be the "cool" thing to do to bash MS about everything they do...let's take it easy on this one.

I'm surprised this guy became an exec for Microsoft. You would think after what he did to the ps3("home this home that. Playstation home will be amazing. Home is coming." It took forever and then sucked) which was pretty much no help, they wouldn't have taken him onboard. Seems like all he does is make mistakes.

Most of us are trying to learn from mistakes, but this guy makes mistakes part of his job and he's learning to live with them. In a twisted world where incredibly awesome and thoughtful indie games are desperately trying to stand out amongst all those derivative AAA titles and crappy shooters, mistakes seem to be pretty frikin profitable.

It's all for the best. No sane person would want to make a deal with Microscam, EA or Activision anyway.

Speaking of Micorsoft, what sequel number is Call Of Duty on now? I've honestly lost count.

I'm guessing the bros won't enjoy it, so.
