Microsoft said no to PlayStation 4 exclusive Rime

This definately looks like a game Sony would release as an Exclusive. Thats why I love the Playstation. They take good risks with a certain genre of games that end up being amazing.

this is my only gripe with MS they barely support their own platform with games.they have 5 or so franchises so 3rd party has to do the rest of the work of filling xbox's library. that doesn't exactly make me feel confident in xbox

Imagine the games if Microsoft did not bring out Kinect, would maybe have a decent Fable 4?

I understand why a game like Project Spark looks new and interesting, but this looks like Wind Waker had a baby with elevator music. Why is everyone so interested in this game is in on a retro Steam sale for $4.99. Brothers a Tale of two sons looked better had a great story and had a game mechanic to drive its sales. What is this game even about?

Sony funds offbeat and experimental games all the time. While Microsoft isn't interested unless it's a brown and gray broshooter with microtransactions.

Microscam would love RIME if it's was in 720p and had giant robots in the game.

Biggest mistake of Microscam is KINCET. Duh

Rime looks amazing it looks like Zelda Wind Waker And Shadow of the Colossus had a baby. RIME was the best new exclusive debuted at gamecon Hand's down.

It's sad that they must write the metacritic score of their games on the documents to be approved...

hes right....ms has had plenty of successes with what they have greenlit though i think they pigeonholed themselves as the dudebro console

the reality is, microsoft turned down this game because it wasn't a SHOOTER and didn't appeal to 18 year old cod fanatics. microsoft hasn't got a clue what gaming is all about and is too afraid to experiment or take risks with its library. halo, gears, titanfall, do i sense a pattern here? good riddance, a game like rime would look out of place on a microsoft console. those looking for games with substance know that sony is where it's at.

Like they said, everyone makes mistakes and you have to live with them. This is one of those indie games you can already tell will be a favourite of many.
