After its initial launch on the Wii U in 2014, its Deluxe revival on the Switch in 2017, and the start of the Booster Course Pass last year, the Mario Kart 8 saga will finally be completed as Wave 6 of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass races into the game on November 9.

The pass will include eight new tracks spanning the history of Mario Kart, as it includes tracks from the original Super Mario Kart on SNES, Mario Kart: Double Dash on GameCube, Mario Kart Wii, and Mario Kart 7 on 3DS. Two tracks from the mobile game Mario Kart Tour also appear, as well as an original course called Piranha Plant Cove.

The full list of tracks coming in Wave 6 are as follows:

  • Acorn Cup
    • Rome Avanti (Mario Kart Tour)
    • DK Mountain (Mario Kart: Double Dash)
    • Daisy Circuit (Mario Kart Wii)
    • Piranha Plant Cove (New)
  • Spiny Cup
    • Madrid Drive (Mario Kart Tour)
    • Rosalina's Ice World (Mario Kart 7)
    • Bowser Castle 3 (Super Mario Kart)
    • Rainbow Road (Mario Kart Wii)

The final wave of DLC will also include four new racers in Diddy Kong, Funky Kong, Pauline, and Peachette, as well as 16 new Mii Racing Suits for the Mii driver--with a 13th Racing Suit accessible using a Daisy amiibo figure. Finally, a new Music Player will let players listen to every music track from the game in one convenient place.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is available now for Nintendo Switch. The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass is also available, either as a separate purchase or included with the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pass.
