MAD released
Real.com announces the release of its latest real-time strategy game--Mutually Assured Destruction.
Real.com has released M.A.D., or Mutually Assured Destruction, its new real-time strategy game. M.A.D. was developed by UK-based Small Rockets. The game lets players participate in a full-scale nuclear war against the computer or an online opponent. Instead of the typical top-down or isometric perspective, M.A.D. features an orbital view that lets the player's point of view rotate around the planet. The world is split into two groups of nations. Each nation has a defensive shield that can be broken down by repeated attacks before any nuclear attacks can break through. The game is won when the enemy has been completely destroyed.
