Livin' Large Details

Following the news that it's gone gold, we jumped at the chance to play a final build of The Sims: Livin' Large and spent a bit of time exploring the new options it brings. Livin' Large is the add-on expansion to the wildly popular The Sims, a strategy game that's all about creating and manipulating the lives of little computer people.

Livin' Large features many of the same simple and intuitive interface screens of the original game, including the same easy-to-use build and buy modes. The expansion features a number of brand-new fixtures and items for your Sims' home, including new types of carpeting and wallpaper, as well as all sorts of new furniture and electronics, like the new Vibro-matic bed and Servo, the experimental home robot.

In addition, Livin' Large also has a number of new head- and body-skins that you can select for your Sims, some of which were originally made available on The Sims' official website for free download. These new skins include the leisure suit for the adult male and the warrior princess for the adult female.
