Turtle Rock Studios today launched a teaser trailer that suggests the Left 4 Dead creator will provide a first look at their upcoming Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC game Evolve on February 11.

The trailer, posted to the company's YouTube account, lasts just 19 seconds and appears to feature a cover version of Danzig's 1988 hit "Mother." Check it out below and let us know if we missed anything.

Evolve was officially announced in mid-January, but no gameplay has been shown to date. The game is a CryEngine-powered team-based first-person shooter, where four players compete as hunters against a fifth player, the monster. This character will experience the game from a third-person perspective.

Evolve is published by 2K Games, a division of Take-Two Interactive, the company responsible for franchises like Grand Theft Auto and Borderlands, among others. Take-Two purchased the IP rights for Evolve from THQ for $10.8 million last year as part of the publisher's bankruptcy auction.

The game launches this fall for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
