The Japanese anime version of Panzer Dragoon released a while back in Japan is now available domestically either subtitled or dubbed through ADVisions. The interesting part is that the story is told with a mixture of traditional animation cels and 3D CGI. Just don't expect anything close to the glory that was Panzer Saga on the Saturn. MSRP is US$19.95
