Konami Awards Pre-Purchasers

Since the release of Dracula X in Japan, US gamers have wondered whether the extra music CD and art book that came with that release in Japan would be given away with the title on these shores as well. Worry no longer, because Konami has set up a special gift give-away for pre-purchasers of the title (to be known as Castlevania X: Symphony of the Night) here in the US.

If you pre-purchase the game at Electronics Boutique stores, you will get the same special music CD that is filled with background music from previous games in the series. Plus, you get the art book that came with the game in Japan.

Other stores will be participating as well. Babbages and Funcoland stores will offer the music CD to pre-purchasers, but those stores will not have the art book.

Castlevania X: Symphony of the Night will be released on October 3.
