Kingdom Hearts II sells 1 million in North America

if this game was on the gamecube, it would sell less because they will say it soo cildish, ohhhhhh am very sad for the gamecube. gaamecube it was good run, i loved every moment i played with that system. and of course Kingdom Heart ROCKS. hope the next one on the Nintendo Wii.

Well, this means I can now wait for the Greatest Hits version and get a sweet game for $20 or less.

The combat system was much better than the first one, although some elements are kind of missed (like rolling, some summons, and moves like strike raid).

im so happy that game sells so well,it really deserves it! A fantastic game,just absolutely awesome! And even for me,im 23 years old,and still i liked it sooo much,so its not for kids-only^^

I haven't really played KH II but I have played some of it and its pretty good.

game rocks, period. I do enjoy reading all the posts by people that say it sucks, or if for kids, or for girls, etc.... just knowing that they've probably never put any amount of time into the series like it deserves. I also find it funny that the topics with names including KH, somehow find KH-haters posting on the topics..... i wish I had the amount of spare time that these trolls do. They have the time to troll around topics of games they don't like, just to make negative comments that don't improve a thing. Then again, they're probably unemployed, live at home still, and download anime/porn all day. no account for taste, indeed.

The first one sucked, Sqaure should have fixed the first one instead of making another game all 15 year old game girls will enjoy.

Kidde RPG's. I wish I could get into this game. But I cant.

The game was great, and is selling well. Maybe Square-Enix can learn a thing or two from this, and start making more than 1-2 good games per generation.

I'll add one more this summer.

Off course it will sell. If your console is owned by 3 billion people.

KHII Rules!!! Square Enix is going to have a new franchise to build a series to, all I can say is I love KHII and Square Enix!

Way to go KH2!! PS2 IS still a viable console with many games that will come out and sell well. Publishers will see that and know that PS3 will be able to play PS2 games and therefore great games will come out for PS2 for another 2 years in the least. I predict 150 Million PS2s sold by its 10th year in 2010.

Well there's no accounting for taste. It's freakin DISNEY & square folks!! Of course it sold well. 5 year olds every cant wait to get their hands on this. It's like being surprised when movie-tie in games sell well.

F'n right! KH2 is a great game! I don't buy a ton of games when they first come out, I usually wait for the price to drop a bit but I had KH the day after it was released!!! Well worth it.
