Nintendo picks up MLB and MLBPA licenses for its newest N64 Baseball title.

Comments

Nintendo's first shot at a 64-bit baseball game, Major League Baseball Featuring Ken Griffey Jr., will get a big boost in the licensing arena. Reportedly, Nintendo has captured official licenses from Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association.

A Nintendo spokesman told GS News Tuesday that Nintendo could not confirm or deny the report at this time. More information will be revealed about the title at next week's E3, and the game should be ready for release in mid-September. It is expected to be shown at E3 along with Nintendo's other 64-bit titles.
